The Episode EA-MINI-5.1D-200 is a compact, fully functioning 5.1-channel AV receiver rated at 200W. It is built for small spaces: it fits behind a TV in a Strong VersaBox for a clean install, sits on a shelf on its rubber feet, or mounts in a rack with the included rack kit. It's an easy way to add surround sound to secondary rooms.

Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 processing plus Dolby ProLogic bring surround sound to any source, and the receiver passes 4K, HDR and 3D video. Connections include 3 HDMI inputs, an HDMI output with ARC, a 3.5mm analog/optical combo input with supplied adapter, and a subwoofer LFE output, as shown in the photos. Control it by IP with drivers for the major control systems (including SDDP for Control4), by IR for legacy systems, or by CEC from a TV remote. Built-in Bluetooth handles wireless streaming, and OvrC remote management lets you change settings and update firmware remotely. An intuitive browser-based web UI makes setup quick, and because it only needs power and local speaker wires, it is ideal for retrofit rooms without surround prewire.
