Add it to a standard 4- or 8-ohm speaker to run that speaker on a 70V distributed system, as shown installed on a ceiling speaker in the photos (speaker, wire and connectors not included).

Primary taps at 5, 10, 15 and 20W let you set each speaker's level on the 70V line, and secondary impedances of 4 and 8 ohms match most speakers. It handles high power with minimal insertion loss of less than 1 dB and a wide 20Hz–20kHz frequency response. Pre-stripped, 6" color-coded leads speed installation, and a self-adhesive mounting system makes it easy to attach the transformer to a speaker or back can.

Key features

70V line-matching transformer

Primary taps: 5, 10, 15 and 20W.

Secondary impedance: 4 and 8 ohm.

Insertion loss: under 1 dB.

Frequency response: 20Hz – 20kHz.

Pre-stripped 6" color-coded leads

Self-adhesive mounting

Specifications

Brand: Episode

Model: EA-MR-COMM-SPKT-25

Product type: 70V speaker transformer

Power rating: 20W

Primary taps: 5, 10, 15, 20W

Secondary: 4 / 8 ohm

Dimensions: 3.37" x 2" x 2"

Weight: 1.2 lb

UPC: 842822015172

Ideal for

Converting 8-ohm speakers to 70V

Restaurants, retail and office paging systems

Mixing speaker types on one 70V line
