Frequency response reaches down to 45Hz and up to 20kHz, and 91dB sensitivity at 4 ohms means they play loud and clean on typical multi-room amplifiers. A tweeter adjustment switch, marked + / T / – on the front as shown in the photos, lets you tune treble to the room. The bezel-less grille keeps the ceiling clean and minimal, and the speakers are backed by a lifetime limited warranty.

Key features

Sold as a pair: two 8" in-ceiling speakers.

IMG woofer: injection-molded polypropylene cone.

Teteron dome tweeter: smooth highs.

Tweeter bridge handle

Tweeter level switch: +/T/– on the front baffle.

Bezel-less grille: minimal ceiling look.

Also available in 6" within the series.

Lifetime limited warranty

Specifications

Brand: Episode

Model: ES-CORE-58-IC

Series: CORE 5 Series

Product type: In-ceiling speakers (pair)

Speaker size: 8"

Tweeter: 1" Teteron dome

Frequency response: 45Hz – 20kHz

Impedance: 4 ohm

Sensitivity: 91dB

Height: 10.6"

Depth: 4.5"

Weight (each): 4.10 lb

Warranty: Lifetime limited

UPC: 842822049696

Ideal for

Large living rooms and open-plan spaces

Home theater ceiling channels

Whole-home audio
