The Episode SIG-58-ICSURR is a Signature 5 Series 8" in-ceiling surround speaker designed to create an enveloping surround field in home theaters and media rooms. An 8" polypropylene woofer is paired with silk dome tweeters that use vacuum-deposited titanium, giving extended bass and detailed highs from a ceiling installation.

A dual-tweeter configuration with innovative tweeter pods spreads sound across the room, and a surround mode switch lets you set how the speaker radiates sound for surround duty. The 8" woofer and ribbed surround deliver response down to 36Hz. The flush-mount design keeps the ceiling clean, the speaker can be installed with a one-step or two-step process, and an optional direct-mount backbox is available. With 90dB sensitivity and response up to 20kHz, it is backed by a lifetime limited warranty.
