It simplifies installation by letting you mount the cradle, or the cradle and a backbox, before the speaker arrives, and prewire it with or without the speaker using the backbox.

Counter-sunk holes allow secure stud mounting, and a protective paint cover is included so the opening stays clean while walls are finished. A jumperless design supports a one-step install, and once the cradle is wired no additional wiring is needed. The cradle protects the speaker during construction and pairs with sleek Signature grilles for a finished look. The frame and an installation example are shown in the photos. It is backed by a lifetime limited warranty.

Key features

For 6" Signature in-wall speakers

Mount cradle alone or with backbox

Prewire with or without the speaker

Counter-sunk holes for stud mounting

Protective paint cover included

Jumperless one-step install

Lifetime limited warranty

Specifications

Brand: Episode

Model: SIG-CRADLE-IW-6

Product type: In-wall speaker cradle

Mount size: 6"

Mount type: In-wall

Compatibility: Signature speakers, Control4

Weight: 2.1 lb

Warranty: Lifetime limited

UPC: 842822043571

Ideal for

New construction prewire

Home theater in-wall speakers

Signature Series speaker projects
