Episode EA-COM-AMP-8D-80 Business Music 8x80W Amplifier, 70V/100V/8/4 Ohm

The Episode EA-COM-AMP-8D-80 is an eight-channel, 80W-class amplifier from the Episode Business Music Solution, designed to power many commercial speaker zones from one 1U chassis. Selectable 70V, 100V, 8 ohm and 4 ohm outputs let each channel match the connected speakers in offices, retail, restaurants and corporate buildings.

Pairs of channels share power dynamically so amplifier capacity is used where it is needed. Built-in EQ and compression DSP with matrixing handle tuning and routing. Rear-mounted buttons, one per output channel, change each output's impedance with color mapping (100V purple, 70V blue, 8 ohm yellow, 4 ohm green). A 2-pin contact closure is configurable for input/output control, IP control simplifies automation and installation, and the OvrC platform provides remote monitoring and configuration.
